Adult Ninja Unlimited Monthly Membership $65 every month • Unlimited visits • Monthly unlimited access for adults to: Ninja Open Gym and NoVa Ninja Nights. Times shown on calendar.
NoVa OCR Monthly Unlimited Membership $65 every month • Unlimited visits • Plan includes instructor taught obstacle course training classes (unlimited) and open gym (unlimited). Plan also includes Adult Ninja Night (Thursdays and Saturdays).
CrossFit Limited Monthly Membership 3x/week $125 every month • 12 visits per Month • Members will only be able to sign up for 3 classes a week. This membership will only include classes. You will not have access to open gym (Crossfit/Ninja) or Adult/ Teen Ninja night. Does not include childcare for the 9:30 am time slot.
CrossFit Unlimited Monthly Membership $165 every month • Unlimited visits • This membership gets you access to unlimited CrossFit classes. Unlimited members also have access to both CrossFit and Ninja Warrior Open Gyms. This Membership will also allow you take advantage of our Adult/Teen Ninja Night that takes place Wednesday at 730pm-930pm and Saturday 8:30pm/10pm

At Adult Ninja Open Gym: Focus is placed on obstacles similar to or inspired by NBC’s American Ninja Warrior and obstacle course racing. Training gives adults and youth a unique approach to fitness that encompasses strength, conditioning, flexibility, problem solving, and coordination. Training is adaptable to many skill and strength levels. Obstacles test upper body strength, grip strength, running, balance, jumping, speed, and endurance.
